Fact Sheets

CCAP provides fact sheets on topics related to secondhand smoke, e.g., decisions by the California Air Resources Board and economic and health impacts of smoke-free workplaces. Tribal Casinos do not have to abide by California state law because they are sovereign entities. Casinos and gaming clubs that have banned smoking in their facilities have helped increase their gaming revenue.
